The Palm Cafe.  Set in the soft ambiance of bay-side tropical gardens, the "Palm" embodies a mix of casual elegance and exciting flavors including the best of Indo-Fijian fare. Original dishes and traditional favorites are prepared with  fresh home-grown produce and local ingredients, flavored with aromatic herbs from our hillside gardens. Delectably fresh seafood, delicious seasonings and sauces, fine wine and specialty beverages complement the evening meals.
